Open the Installer Should look something like his
Click install, it should say Successful, close it
Open Minecraft, click play, let it load, then close it
In your windows search write %appdata%
Open the .minecraft folder then open the mods folder and put the voice chat mod in the mods folder.
Open the game and click play
